Loving Lately #3

A pretty simple selection of products this week, I've been wearing very little make-up and have been very lazy with my skincare as a result. So my hair got all the attention (well nearly).

I've been loving the PhytoVolume shampoo and the PhytoBaume Repair Express conditioner. Even after having my hair recently chopped and losing a good five or six inches it's just so heavy! My hair is quite thick and there's a lot of it to deal with, so I've been trying out some volume enhancing products to stop me having a flat head of hair. The only problem I've found is most volume products are apparently for fine hair, so I'm a little lost! Volume is something I've never really thought about!
The Phyto Shampoo is a liquid shampoo and my first thoughts were argh, this is scary, but it's actually not that hard to use. Pour some on your head and get scrubbing for an easy lather. I leave this in for a minute or so as it says on the bottle and when I'm washing it out my hair feels lighter and just, lovely.
The conditioner is really nice and nourishing as my ends can get quite dry and awful looking, I thought getting one suited to repairing the hair would help keep my hair healthier for longer as I'm prone to split ends. Preventions being better than cure and all! The trick with this is to rinse it out immediately or my hair is left a little greasy/too moisturised, if there's such a thing. Not surprising as it has some lovely ingredients: Hyaluronic acid, botanical keratin and rice bran ceramides to smooth the cuticles.

My last top pick this week has been my Neom candle in Invigorate. The scent is grapefruit, bergamot and lime, it's very refreshing but not what I was expecting. If i'd of had chance to smell this beforehand I may not have picked it. I'm really fussy with most scents, I especially hate rose scents, blergh! but we're not talking about that are we! I was actually dissappointed when I finally got my first sniff of this candle, it wasn't as 'zesty' as I was expecting but It has really grown on me now. I keep picking up the little jar to breath in the scent as I'm trying not to burn it all at once!

What have you been loving this week? Have you tried anything from phyto or neom?

Btw: Mind if you ever make a big blogpost about all your skincare and haircare? I adore overviews of all the products someone owns, it is so inspirational ;-)
